Now my friend Susie..they just don't get much cutter than this one!!  And to answer your question on another post..I've been busy w/doctors etc. trying to get myself together I've missed my friends  I love this lot...it's adorable and perfect...it's a keeper...I'll be snagging! This is absolutely, without a doubt, THE most fantastic sims 3 house I have ever seen. I'm not even kidding!! The facade, with the stone/stucco mix, actually reminds me of my grandfather's house, which has been around for a couple hundred years (OLD by American standards, lol). I would completely live here.
